St. Elizabeth Village is located at the corner of Garth Street and Rymal Road West on the Hamilton Mountain. It is a low density retirement community, located in a beautiful park-like setting amid ponds, teaming with wildlife and aviary, groves and meadows. The Village offers a unique lifestyle with a high degree of self-sufficiency.
Most of the recreational activities are planned and directed by residents. It is up to you to decide how much or how little you wish to participate.
Regular public transit takes you conveniently downtown with many transfer points to other areas.
St. Elizabeth Village has a variety of recreational facilities: indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym room, crafts, billiards, shuffleboard, pottery and woodworking shops and many more amenities that are available to all of the residents!
Lifeleasing
Lifeleasing is a concept that provides the lessees the opportunity to live in their homes for their lifetime. It is like a prepaid rent that lasts a lifetime.
When the lease has expired, the Lessee can renew a lifetime lease for just $1.00 !
If the Lessee wishes to leave their home before their lease expires then they or their estate are paid back the unused rent.
Lessees choose their house model depending on their needs and preferences.
